Shipping Australia Wide and Internationally

Express shipping via Australia Post or Fastway / Amarac depending on size and weight of the item. ( Large or heavy items are sent “General Freight” unless a specific request and payment for Express service is received ).

International shipping available thru Australia Post , TNT, Fedex or DHL to New Zealand, Oceania and USA

When your forklift is down, you need it working. Our business is to get you the parts you need, as soon as possible.

We normally ship items the same day, provided that it is listed on our website as in stock. These orders are to be received by 1.00pm AEDT.

• If you want to cancel an order, you must cancel before 12 noon eastern time. If you cancel after we ship, you are responsible for all freight charges (inbound and outbound).

• If you find a part missing in your order, you must call us immediately. We will ship out shortages due to our error immediately, provided parts are in stock. Freight charges for the missing parts are our responsibility.

• Our current parcel transport suppliers are Sendle / Courier Please, Fastway / Amarac and Australia Post. We can use TNT for express orders.

• We try to work with all available freight carriers/forwarders to find the best transport solution.
